The top floor dwelling, owned by Mr. Pellini, has been designed and furnished for his own residential needs. It is situated on level four of a new building (designed by Mr. Pellini), in the suburban area of the town closest to the historical centre.
The distribution of the internal spaces originates frsom the attempt of creating spaces linked to each other in a permeable manner, and designed around the living room area.
The indoor areas directly link to the peripheral terrace, developed towards south in continuity with the living room overlooking the towers and walls of the historic centre.
The inside spaces has been chosen in order to create some connected areas with extreme permeability, marking the living zone as focus of the whole penthouse.
The interiors are straightly connected to the perimeter terrace, developed as in the south as in the north area.
